Job Description
Management Company seeking strong, motivated person for full-time maintenance caretaker of two moderately sized apartment complex located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Maintenance Caretaker must be knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, and any other "handyman" repairs, and must be available for emergency's. Able to work independently and detail oriented is a requirement. Must pass background check.
