Requirements:

2+ years of maintenance or apartment maintenance experience Bilingual preferred not required Previous leadership experience required Experience leading, training, or mentoring maintenance team members Experience with apartment turns and make-readies Strong plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work independently and support the Lead Maintenance Technician Professional, dependable, and positive attitude Willingness to participate in on-call rotation Ability to lift 50+ lbs. EPA/CPO certification preferred or willingness to obtain
