We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Craft Maintenance Worker to join our team and help ensure smooth production operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and other equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner. Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Assist with electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and general facility maintenance as needed. Collaborate with the production team to prioritize repairs and maintenance needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards. Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records. Assist in the installation, setup, and repair of new machinery or equipment as needed. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize production delays.

Qualifications:

Experience:

5-10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, multi-craft maintenance, machinery repair, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and other industrial systems. Ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple trades. Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA standards. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and respond effectively to maintenance emergencies.
