Ability to lift/carry heavy objects. May require HS/GED. Requires relevant experience.

Primary functions:

Responsible for maintaining KRCC facilities in a safe and good condition by: Renovation and remodeling projects as assigned. Maintaining grounds. Maintenance work, (plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, cleaning, moving). Submit monthly work logs. Maintain tool inventory, report lost or broken tools. Participate with process improvement activities as directed by program needs. Maintain a safe work area for employees and public. Provide backup for co-workers as required. Participate in all department meetings and skill enhancement activities as required.
