Job Description
We're looking for some assistance with a few construction projects as well as maintaining our rental properties. We're looking for some assistance with... light carpentry, install cabinets, install doors, install windows, install sheetrock, minor plumbing repairs, lock installation, exterior landscape clean up, patch and painting walls, trash removal and dump runs. Ideal person(s) needs to have a valid driver's license and be able to handle a small dump truck we often use for cleaning out jobsites. Position can be part or full time. Pay scale is $30-$40 depending on experience and ability. Looking to start immediately. Must have reliable running working vehicle as repairs will be needed within multiple properties throughout the city of Boston, and Quincy.
