Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general site maintenance, security and day-to-day upkeep of the school premises and grounds Open and/or close the school site as required, acting as designated keyholder Complete routine safety checks, minor repairs and liaise with contractors when needed Flexible part-time role, working approximately 4-6 hours per day Previous caretaking experience is desirable but not essential; similar experience (e.g. facilities, maintenance, or premises-based roles) is required Reliable, practical, and comfortable working independently in a small school environment All candidates are subject to 2 years' referencing alongside a fully enhanced DBS check.
