Tue Sep 1 2026 The Office of Capital Planning and Maintenance is seeking a federal aid recipient for student employment. This position will be funded by federal work study dollars; only students that receive financial aid awards can be considered. Questions? Office coverage which includes answering the phones, assisting with sign-in and sign-out of keys, assist with walk-in questions Inspections of life safety certificates when necessary. Filing documents and other necessary items. Enter work orders when phone calls come in. Other responsibilities as provided by the Capital Planning & Maintenance Office Staff. Learn to operate at basic level within the T2 parking services operation system. Address questions towards parking permit, parking appeals and other pertinent concerns. Understand and be knowledgeable of the Parking Rules and Regulations.

Job Requirements:

Must be able to work well both in a team setting and individually. Schedule availability must be flexible. Ability to multi task while providing excellent customer service to internal and external constituents. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a full time student at Fitchburg State University. Ability to lift 50lbs. Ability to perform above duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Shift Information:

This is a student only posting and you must have Federal Workstudy money allocated to you in your financial aid package. Shift will vary based on student schedules and the pay is $15 per hour. Fitchburg State University is an equal opportunity employer.
