Job Description
A&G Management Co., Inc., one of the Top Workplaces in the Baltimore Area, is currently looking for a dependable & energetic Maintenance Assistant Supervisor. The ideal candidate is very dependable, a highly motivated team player who's looking to play a key part in the day-to-day operations of one of Maryland's leading property management companies. The A&G Management Maintenance Assistant Supervisor is under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor or other appropriate administrative staff, is responsible for assisting the maintenance team in completing tasks that ensure the community meets safety, appearance and operational standards established by A&G Management. They are also responsible for the general maintenance & upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment of their assigned property.

Salary:
$46,620.08 - $50,790.00 per year Essential Functions 1. Communicate effectively with the staff and supervisor. 2. Work well within a team and effectively train others. 3. Schedule contractors for work on the community. 4. Order supplies and keep proper inventory. 5. Close out service tickets. 6. Demonstrate your understanding of the bill approval process. 7. Properly perform pre-move out and move out inspections. 8. Set up monthly schedules with contractors and staff. 9. Understand the redec board and process. 10. Review and understand the monthly budget. 11. Request purchasing orders. 12. Conduct employee interviews. 13. Complete and perform employee evaluations. 14. Show initiative in learning supervisory skills. Qualifications- Must possess a valid MD driver's license.
- Maintain a safe running vehicle with proper insurance, tags, and registration.
- Must provide own tools needed for job.
- 3-5 years' experience of residential maintenance.
- Must have or have the ability to learn basic computer skills.
