Maintenance Assistant/Custodial (Ocean City, Maryland) Our oceanfront condominium community is seeking a professional, dependable Maintenance Assistant/Custodial team member to support daily building operations and uphold a clean, safe, and well‑maintained environment for residents and guests. This is a year‑round position offering stability and the opportunity for advancement.Position:
Maintenance Assistant/Custodial Starting Compensation:
$22-$24 per hour during probation Post‑Probation Compensation:
$24+ per hour, with benefits eligibilityQualifications:
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Basic tool knowledge and ability to perform physical tasks Background check and drug screening requiredPosition Benefits:
