Summary As a Turn Technician for Apartments, you will be essential in ensuring the timely and efficient turnover of residential units. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will utilize your core skills in mechanical knowledge, maintenance, and communication to address various tasks, including carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. Your premium skills in electrical systems and welding will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Additionally, your leadership abilities and customer service experience will contribute to a positive living environment for residents, making you a vital part of our maintenance team.
