Non-benefited positionPOSITION SUMMARY
Primary duties include raking and mowing lawns, mulching, care of garden beds, general maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds. These duties will require the use of hand tools and small power tools. Additional duties may also include general custodial services and providing assistance to Facilities Maintenance Specialists and Central Services staff.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
General custodial or maintenance experience Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted Must be at least 16 years old Must have a valid insurable Maine driver's licenseWHY WORK AT SMCC
