Job Description

Dagenais Enterprises is hiring a Property Maintenance Worker for the overall upkeep of Dagenais Enterprises Properties/Camp Dodge.
Responsibilities Include:
Removing trash and debris from all public areas of properties Paint and perform general public area upkeep duties as directed and required. Shovel snow/ice as requested and required. Plow snow. Mow the grass as requested and required. Clean any areas of the properties as directed and requested. Expected to communicate with all building patrons in a friendly and pleasant manner. Responsible to notify management of any situations that need immediate attention and/or anything that needs to be fixed.
Requirements:
Must have experience with heavy equipment Construction experience a plus
