Job Description
Repair minor plumbing issues (clogs, leaks, fixtures) Patch drywall, paint, trim to maintain finishes Replace lighting, switches, outlets, and small electrical components Maintain pool and hot tub water levels, pool chemicals. Performing preventive maintenance like changing filters, PTAC cleaning, caulking, and fixture checks, carpet shampooing etc. Assist housekeeping with maintenance‑related room readiness Assist Front Desk Manager with Banquet set up.
