Full Job Description Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED equivalent, prefer Associate or Bachelor's Degree. Prior administrative assistant/clerical experience. Exceptional customer service and organizational skills. Ability to communicate orally and in writing, including demonstrated skill in reading and interpreting documents, writing reports, memos, etc. Proven work record and desire to work cooperatively and positively with district personnel, community, and parents. Maintain professionalism during stressful situations, while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, Outlook, Edulog). Power School and AS400 preferred. Ability to work independently with a team attitude and minimal supervision. Detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy. Organize and implement projects, willingness to learn and utilize new technology systems. Professional phone manners and interpersonal skills are essential. Process work orders, purchase orders and maintain filter orders. Verify invoices with delivery schedule. Track and maintain incumbrance invoices. Good attendance record required. Additional duties as assigned. Proficiency test(s) will be requiredDescription:
