FACILITIES MAINTENANCE / SHOP ASSISTANT

Starting at $28/Hour — Competitive Pay Based on Experience We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Facilities Maintenance / Shop Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a variety of projects and isn't afraid to jump in wherever help is needed. If you're a jack of all trades, master of none , have a positive attitude, and take pride in getting the job done right, we'd like to hear from you!

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE

Duties will include, but are not limited to: Snow plowing Skid loader operation Plow truck operation General facility maintenance and repairs Light electrical Light plumbing Lawn mowing Irrigation systems Tree trimming Monthly facility checks Demolition and remodeling Basic HVAC maintenance and repairs General building and grounds maintenance Other maintenance projects as needed

SHOP ASSISTANT

Responsibilities will include: Vehicle lettering General assistance Taking out trash and maintaining shop cleanliness Stocking and organizing parts Assisting mechanics and other employees with inspections Helping with general company needs and projects Jumping in wherever needed to keep the operation running smoothly

REQUIREMENTS

Must have basic hand tools necessary to perform assigned duties Ability to work between our Maple Grove and Blaine locations Self-starter who can work independently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well with others Willingness and ability to obtain a CDL Class B license Mechanical, maintenance, construction, or related experience is a plus Skid loader and plow truck experience preferred
