Job Title Shop Helper / Maintenance Person - Maple Grove, MN $20-$25/hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends Job Site Repair is looking for a dependable, hands-on Shop Helper / Maintenance Person to join our team at our Maple Grove, MN location. This is a full-time position with a variety of responsibilities. The primary focus is helping keep our repair shop and property clean, organized, and well maintained. The position may also include occasional maintenance and project work at other properties owned by the company owner. . We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can work independently, and is willing to help wherever needed. Position Details $20-$25/hour, based on experience Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM No weekends Responsibilities Clean and maintain shop floors and work areas Organize and maintain parts shelves Assist the Shop Foreman with parts and inventory Transport vehicles, supplies, and equipment between locations as needed Help maintain the building and grounds Assist with basic property maintenance, upkeep, and seasonal projects Occasionally assist with maintenance and projects at other properties owned by the company owners Assist with general shop and maintenance projects as needed What We're Looking For Dependable and willing to help wherever needed Able to work independently and stay on task Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Basic mechanical, maintenance, or handyman experience is helpful Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to safely perform the physical tasks associated with shop and property maintenance Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) 401(k) matching Why Job Site Repair?
