Flexible scheduling Safeguard Properties prides itself as a Leader in the Mortgage Field Services Industry and is currently seeking self-motivated Independent Contractors and Business Owners to join our Property Preservation Vendor Network.

Performing prompt and quality property maintenance tasks including lock changes, debris removal, winterizations, minor roof repairs, and lawn maintenance. Updating and processing orders via mobile applications and web platform. Effectively communicating with Safeguard Vendor Account Managers.

Must have Errors & Omissions and General Liability insurance with $1 million coverage limits.
Must have prior experience and know how to complete the above responsibilities.
Must provide own tools to complete jobs.
Must have valid ID.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must provide own means to get jobs completed.
Must be willing to communicate and follow instructions.
Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner.

Job Type:

Contract commission-based role. Safeguard Properties negotiates rates on independent contractors based on volume and location and expedited disbursement of payment. Don't Wait, !
