What you will do Execute a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including advanced plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, wall and trim repair, appliance maintenance, and general building maintenance. Conduct routine and preventative inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly. Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in compliance with safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses. Communicate escalated maintenance issues to management. Physical requirements it will take Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) Physical agility to navigate stairs, ladders, and outdoor environments Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling tools and equipment Able to stand for up to 8 hours. Ability twist at shoulders and waist Ability to reach overhead Ability to crouch low Ability to work in confined spaces.

Experience you will have:

Three plus years of residential maintenance experience Three to five years of experience in new construction, renovation and or maintenance in residential properties.
