Job Description

must have general knowledge of property maintenance including janitorial, yard maintenance, painting, electrical, plumbing, general carpentry and some knowledge of heating and cooling maintenance and repair. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Work 6:30am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday Must have High School education or equivalent. Must be able to pass a background check.
