Job Title:

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in skilled trade preferred. Minimum of 1 year of job-related experience in a skilled nursing environment. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to maintenance and environmental services in a long-term care environment. Position may include late hours, weekend work, and overtime.

Responsibilities:

Performs various duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors in compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations. Demonstrates competence in application of mechanical and technical concepts to facility plant repair and maintenance projects. Maintains all essential mechanical, electrical, and patient care equipment in safe operating condition and in compliance with all applicable regulations and facility policies.
