Job Description
Part-Time Maintenance & Park Services Team Member Big Air Trampoline Park - Asheville, NC Big Air Asheville is looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to join our team as a Part-Time Maintenance & Park Services Team Member . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fixing things, solving problems, and helping keep a busy family entertainment center safe, clean, and operating properly. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair minor equipment and facility issues Perform routine preventive maintenance throughout the park Hang signs, decorations, equipment, and other items as needed Safely use ladders and basic hand or power tools Work underneath trampoline areas to inspect, clean, or perform maintenance on blowers and other equipment Identify potential safety or maintenance concerns and report larger issues to management Assist with setup or breakdown for special events and park projects Maintain an organized maintenance area and keep track of needed supplies When maintenance work is not required, this position will assist with general park services, including: Checking and cleaning restrooms Refilling paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and other supplies Picking up trash and helping maintain the appearance of the park Assisting team members in other areas when needed Helping provide a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for our guests Qualifications Previous maintenance, repair, construction, facilities, or handyman experience is preferred Comfortable using ladders and working in tight or confined areas Basic knowledge of tools and general repairs Able to bend, kneel, crawl, lift, and remain active throughout a shift Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with limited supervision Willing to assist outside of maintenance when needed Strong attention to safety and detail Must be available for some weekend hours Schedule Part-time position Flexible scheduling Some weekend availability is required Hours may vary depending on maintenance needs, projects, and park operations Big Air Asheville is a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.
