12/17/2025 Description Assistant Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled building and maintenance tasks relating to the renovation, upkeep and operation of campus buildings and facilities. Perform painting, framing, flooring, hang and finish sheet rock, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC and other skilled and semi-skilled tasks, as needed. Ability to assist with basic plumbing, electricity, heating, and cooling systems operations, and demonstrate basic safety practices.

Standard Working Hours:

Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Salary:

$2,650.00 per month. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma, or equivalent, required. Must possess a valid NC Drivers' License. Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, grasp, reach and stand. Two years work experience in painting, and sheet rock repair, required. Supplemental Information Official transcripts, including other documentation verifying all reported educational qualifications, are required.
