Click here to Follow EMI Services on Facebook Key Responsibilities Inspect motors, pulleys and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists. Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery. Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts. repair or replace parts and reassemble equipment. Performs other related duties as assigned Essential Skills Some knowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment used in heating and cooling equipment and machinery Works effectively in a team. Follows verbal instructions and adheres to policies and procedures. Adaptable and flexible in work situations. Prioritizes tasks to ensure completion in a timely manner.PRACTICES WORKPLACE SAFETY
in the use of tools, equipment, and supplies used in repair of HVAC equipment. including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years related experience and/or formal vocational/technical training in a variety of building and/or utility trades Valid driver's license compliant with REAL ID Act or are you willing and able to obtain one Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Regular, dependable attendanceOVERTIME
