PART TIME MAINTENANCE CARETAKER
- Seeking reliable person with basic plumbing, drywall, and carpentry knowledge to work 15 hours a week at Winningham Village in Marion, NC. Duties include routine maintenance, preparing vacant units, cleaning common areas, etc. Ideal candidate will be well-organized, pro-active, knowledgeable in troubleshooting maintenance needs and coordinating contractor services. Skilled trade replacements and extensive repairs are made by third party service contractors . Must have reliable transportation and provide your own basic tools.
