Seeking a motivated apartment maintenance helper to clean, paint, and help maintenance crew as needed. Need someone who likes to work fast for apartment turnover after move outs and before move ins. We have full and part time position available, pay negotiable based on experience/performance.

Job skills included, but not limited to : Clean designated apartments within complex Perform various cleaning actions from light duty to deep cleans including various tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents/exhaust fans, cleaning light fixtures, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, cabinets, appliances, interior windows, etc Able to paint well Able to assist with removing any belongings left in units after moveout, must not have a problem lifting at least 50 lbs repeatedly in some cases. Be able to recognize and notify management in case there is a need for repair and interventions Have a positive attitude and be able to follow a task list independently Job requirements Proven, reliable working experience Integrity and good interpersonal skills Able to pass a background check
