Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on guest rooms, public areas, and equipment Respond promptly to guest and management service requests Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment or facility issues Conduct regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Maintain maintenance logs and report any major issues Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies Assist with landscaping, painting, and seasonal maintenance as needed Work closely with housekeeping and front desk teams to address urgent needs

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hotel or property maintenance preferred Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems Ability to work independently and with a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts if needed High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks
