What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community.

Help maintain building systems, equipment, and grounds.

Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in keeping our community clean, safe, and comfortable for residents, families, and team members.

Work with other departments to support an exceptional resident experience. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of maintenance or related experience preferred.

Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining a high-quality environment.

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
