Job Description
FULL-TIME, 7a-3p Monday-Friday, includes every 7 th weekend $2,000 sign on bonus paid in two installments Effectively utilizes equipment, materials and other resources to efficiently and safely operate and maintain the county's courthouse, 135-bed nursing home, 160-bed department of corrections, administrative buildings, district biomass heating plant, multiple barns, outbuildings, water storage tank & distribution system, complex grounds, county cemetery and various department vehicles. Possess the skills, mechanical aptitude and a working knowledge of the methods, standards, practices, tools, and materials required to work in the electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry trades; have an equivalent to a high school diploma; have completed an advanced courses from a two year college or technical school and one to three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
