We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Worker to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff.

Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Worker to perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure that our outpatient facility operates smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for contributing to a healing and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of equipment and building systems. Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and effectively. Assist in ensuring that all safety standards are followed, and regulatory requirements are met. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Assist with the setup and breakdown of facility events or other related activities. Provide support for the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.

Qualifications :

Must have a valid drivers license and a personal vehicle (gas reimbursement). High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry skills. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a healthcare or outpatient facility is a plus but not required. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials as needed.
