Months Position Summary:
Be able to organize the Preventive Maintenance group, schedule work, and manage overtime as a back-up to the Group Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be able to document PM activities. Repairing vacuum system, leak checking, process gas system, and gas cabinet. Diagnose faulty equipment safely and effectively. Put health, safety, and quality first. Put forward a behavior appropriate and conducive to a healthy and safe work environment. Actively participate in personnel training required to improve individual performance. Work shift rotation (first, second, third, fourth and fifth), staggered weekend shifts and a reasonable amount of overtime as required. Follow approved standard operating procedure & safety procedures. Trouble shoots faulty equipment.
Qualification & Experience:
Good communication, teamwork and organizational skills are essential. Effectively manages multiple priorities with high quality expectations in a team-based environment. Ability to follow safety guidelines. Use of power tools and light machining equipment. Positive and assertive job attitude, self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to learn. Mechanically inclined. High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience.
