A Maintenance Helper or Assistant assists maintenance mechanics. Repairs and maintains equipment and machines, such as cars or heating systems. May assemble or adjust machines as directed by a head mechanic.
Maintains cleanliness of the Community, residences, offices, common areas, etc. in order to maintain the Village in accordance with the highest standards of cleanliness.
Shift Information:
Full Time, 8am-4:00pm. Must be available every other Weekend. Requirements Previous housekeeping or environmental service experience, preferred. Ability to follow a detailed schedule, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and complete them with autonomy and accountability. Ability to work independently and demonstrate personal integrity. Ability to communicate with and respond effectively to a diverse group, providing information with courtesy and tact. Availability to work in the event of callouts or other emergency situations (i.e. weather or other natural disaster) where overtime may be required. Availability to work weekends as scheduled.
