This position is available on a part-time or full-time basis and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping things organized, and is eager to learn and grow with the company. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of tasks, including cleaning, general maintenance, driving, basic repairs, organizing work areas, and supporting the team wherever needed. Every day brings new responsibilities, so flexibility and a positive attitude are essential. Duties & Responsibilities Perform general cleaning of offices, warehouse, and work areas. Complete basic maintenance and minor repair tasks. Drive company vehicles for pickups, deliveries, and errands as needed. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving equipment, supplies, and materials. Organize inventory, tools, and workspaces to maintain an efficient environment. Help with property upkeep and routine maintenance projects. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional workplace. Assist team members with daily operational tasks as assigned. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management. Perform other general labor and support duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, handyman work, or a similar role preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work. Reliable, punctual, honest, and self-motivated. Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
