As a Maintenance Assistant at our state-of-the-art subacute rehabilitation and skilled nursing center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep of our facility. This includes but is not limited to: Performing daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff Conducting minor repairs and performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure the efficient operation of equipment and machinery Restocking and replenishing supplies and inventory as needed Assisting with snow removal and other outdoor tasks as required Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environmentResponsibilities:
