$18-$20/hour, depending on experience We are a small, close-knit company with approximately 6-7 employees . We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse & Maintenance Assistant to join our team. Because we are a small company, everyone works together and may help with different tasks as needed. This position is a combination of warehouse work and basic maintenance/handyman tasks . The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working with tools, fixing and installing things, organizing a warehouse, and doing physical work.

Work Schedule Monday-Friday:

9:15 AM-5:15

PM Lunch:

1:00 PM-2:00

PM Saturday:

9:15 AM-2:15

PM Saturday:

Half day, no lunch break

Responsibilities Warehouse Work:

Pick and pack orders Label products and packages Stock and refill warehouse shelving Organize and reorganize warehouse inventory Load, unload, move, and organize boxes and products Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized Assist with receiving and putting away inventory Perform other general warehouse tasks as needed Drop off packages at USPS and UPS locations on a daily basis using a company vehicle. Handyman Work:

Install and assemble warehouse shelving and storage systems Install fans, lights, brackets, hooks, and other warehouse equipment Y ou do not need to be an electrician, but you should be comfortable using tools and following basic installation instructions. Build or modify simple shelves, tables, and storage areas Cut wood and other materials when needed Use basic power tools and hand tools Be comfortable using tools such as a drill, saw, grinder, cutter, and other common tools Make basic repairs and improvements around the warehouse Help identify problems and find practical solutions Perform general maintenance and improvement projects Requirements Previous warehouse, maintenance, construction, handyman, or similar experience preferred Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Able to safely use a saw, grinder, cutter, drill, and other tools Comfortable measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing materials Able to lift and move heavy boxes and materials, up to approximately 50 lbs Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working with your hands throughout the day Reliable and responsible Able to work independently and follow instructions Good attention to detail Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment Must be willing to perform both warehouse and maintenance tasks Must be willing to help with different tasks as needed in a small-company environment A Good Fit for This Position This position would be a good fit for someone with experience as a: Handyman Maintenance Worker Warehouse Associate Construction Helper Carpenter Installer General Laborer Property Maintenance Worker Facilities Assistant We are looking for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and not afraid to get their hands dirty . Pay:
