Duties Perform routine maintenance Able to paint Landscaping Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot problems effectively. Fabricate parts as needed to maintain equipment functionality. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff. Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and safely. Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of plumbing is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Leadership qualities with experience supervising teams or projects Ability to read and understand technical documents, including schematics. Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to maintain equipment under pressure.
