Job Description
Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Member to join our team and unsure the optimal upkeep of outdoor grounds and facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for various basic maintenance repairs including but not limited to grounds maintenance, unit clean up, unit turn around, plumbing, electrical repairs and painting. Duties Getting work orders/calls done in a timely fashion Painting, cleaning and various levels of maintenance work Mowing, weed eating and grounds upkeep Deliver tenants notices as required Office assistance as needed Drivers license with good record a plus Report major maintenance work necessary to Housing Director to ensure repairs are completed Other items that may fall under repair or maintenance of the Housing Authority Might be some after hours calls
