Job Overview Seeking a person to work on building and grounds in all weather conditions which includes mowing in the summer months and removing snow in the winter months. While working on the exterior this person will pick up trash at the mall entrances, on the sidewalks, in the parking lot and service courts, mow and trim interior grass areas, trim bushes, remove snow from entrances, sidewalks, and backdoors. This position reports to the Operations Director and will assist with all maintenance requests and repairs on the interior and exterior of the mall to include the roof. The position requires the person to work from a ladder and scissor lift and must be able to lift at least fifty pounds. It all requires setting up and tearing down tables and chairs from all events and will assist with Housekeeping as needed. The position will be required to report any safety hazards to management and complete other related duties as assigned. Duties Carry out maintenance painting projects to enhance the appearance of interior spaces and exterior grounds. Support groundskeeping activities by maintaining landscaping, outdoor lighting, fencing, and general grounds upkeep to create an inviting environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally. Strong understanding of maintenance operations related to residential painting and general building upkeep. Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively for various repair tasks.
