Job Summary We are seeking motivated and skilled Laborers, Class A and B Truck Drivers, and General Maintenance Mechanics to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment, trucks, and machinery across various operational settings. You will be responsible for operating heavy-duty vehicles, performing maintenance and repairs on a wide range of equipment, and supporting daily operational needs with energy and precision. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our fleet and machinery, contributing directly to our mission of maintaining top-tier service standards. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess mechanical aptitude, and are eager to grow their skills in heavy equipment operation and vehicle maintenance. Duties--Depending on what Job you are applying for will be discussed Operate Class A and B trucks for transportation of materials, equipment, or personnel in compliance with safety regulations Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on heavy machinery including excavators, cranes, forklifts, farm machinery, industrial equipment, and trucks Conduct detailed diagnostics using schematics and automotive electrical systems to troubleshoot mechanical issues Fabricate parts or modifications as needed using welding and hand tools to support equipment functionality Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and operational logs Assist with heavy lifting tasks using power tools and specialized equipment such as cranes or forklifts Diagnose complex mechanical systems including transmissions, hydraulics, suspension systems, air brakes, HVAC systems, shocks & struts Skills Proven experience with heavy equipment operation such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, or farm machinery Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair including diesel engines and automotive electrical systems Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex mechanical or electrical issues Skilled in fabrication techniques including welding and metalwork for equipment repair or modifications Familiarity with dealership standards for vehicle diagnostics and repairs is highly desirable Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, alignment tools, tire service equipment and other maintenance devices Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, hydraulic systems, air brakes, suspension systems and general shop safety This role offers a rewarding environment where your skills directly impact operational success.
