Maintenance Person:

Duties include maintenance and upkeep of buildings and campus. The daily routine will include painting, changing light bulbs / ballasts, trash collection, minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. In addition there will be various other repairs and maintenance throughout the multiple buildings on campus and the grounds. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs to perform daily requests. Snow shoveling and plowing in the winter. Must be comfortable working on a ladder. Must be able to work on your own and allocate time appropriately to complete daily work requests. Hours for this position are 12-8pm or 1-9pm This is a year-round, full-time position without supervisory responsibilities and may require some work on evenings and weekends. Overtime and benefits available.
