Aquatech Management of Long Island is looking for a dependable Pool Maintenance Helper to support our experienced technicians during the busy pool season. This is a hands-on, physically active position. You'll be assisting with pool openings and general field work—ideal for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and not afraid of manual labor. Responsibilities Assist technicians with pool openings and maintenance tasks Carry and handle heavy pool covers, equipment, and materials Power wash pool decks, covers, and surrounding areas Help with setup and breakdown of equipment on job sites Load and unload trucks as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow directions and support technicians in daily tasks Requirements Strong work ethic and reliable attendance (very important) Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs regularly Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to take direction and work as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred but not required What We're Looking For Someone who shows up on time, every day Positive attitude and willingness to learn Not afraid to get dirty and work hard Team player who can support others without constant supervision What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($18 - $20/hr based on experience) Consistent, full-time work during the season Opportunity to learn the pool industry and grow into a technician role Overtime opportunities during peak season Who This Role is For This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the trades or pool industry, or for someone who simply wants steady, physical work.
