Our facility is looking for motivated associates to join our team on the Day Shift. You don't need to be a master technician on day one—we are looking for individuals with the drive to learn, and we will train you on the rest while paying a competitive starting wage.

What You Will Learn & Be Trained On:

Welding & Fabrication:

Master MIG, STICK, and TIG welding to repair and build structural equipment.

Electrical Systems:

Gain hands-on experience troubleshooting low-to-high voltage power and control systems safely.

Hydraulics & Fluid Power:

Learn how pumps, valves, and pressurized systems drive heavy industrial machinery.

Mechanical Systems:

Understand mechanical assemblies, power transmission, gearboxes, and precision alignments.

Blueprint Reading:

Learn to read and interpret technical schematics, electrical diagrams, and structural drawings.
