• Lead and manage a 2nd shift team of 5 direct reports, including 1 welder, 1 break press operator, and 3 non-union assemblers
• Drive key performance metrics across production, quality, and safety to ensure operational excellence
• Oversee all hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions for the shift team
• Motivate and develop team members to foster a high-performance work environment
• Streamline production line processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste
• Uphold and enforce manufacturing standards across all shift operations
• Champion continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance overall operational performance Key Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Demonstrated hands-on sheet metal experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately
