Full-Time Maintenance Assistant The Mariemont Care Center — Cincinnati, OH Are you handy and dependable? Do you want to grow your skills while working under an experienced Maintenance Director? The Mariemont Care Center is looking for a motivated Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our friendly team!

What You'll Do:

Work closely under the guidance of our experienced Maintenance Director. Assist with daily maintenance tasks throughout our nursing care facility, helping ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and staff. Perform minor repairs and basic tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Respond quickly to maintenance work orders and maintain accurate logs. Help with groundskeeping, snow removal, and general upkeep as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Previous maintenance experience preferred (especially in healthcare or long-term care). Painting Experience Basic knowledge of general maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures. Willingness to learn and grow under an experienced leader. Dependable, hard-working, and a good team player. Good communication and time management skills.
