Property Services Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Property Services Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance and appearance of our properties. This is a hands-on role responsible for both indoor and outdoor upkeep, assisting with property improvements, and supporting our construction and operations teams as needed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in their work, and can handle a variety of tasks across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to Maintaining overall appearance of properties, including cleanliness and curb appeal Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal upkeep Handle snow removal, including plowing, salting, and shoveling during winter months Complete basic maintenance tasks (repairs, light electrical, plumbing fixes, painting, etc.) Assist with unit turns, including trash removal, minor repairs, and prep work Perform routine property inspections and report any issues or needed repairs Support construction team with material pickups, deliveries, and job site assistance Run errands for supplies, tools, and project needs as required Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition Set up and break down for projects, clean job sites, and ensure safe work environments Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Assist with moving furniture, appliances, and equipment when needed Qualifications Prior experience in maintenance, landscaping, or general labor preferred Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and common repair tasks Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to report to different property locations What We're Looking For Someone dependable who shows up and gets the job done Takes pride in keeping properties clean and well-maintained Comfortable handling a wide variety of tasks day-to-day Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunity for growth within a growing real estate company Consistent, year-round work across multiple properties
