Maintenance Assistant We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for a full-time position in Columbiana, Ohio. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical skills and manufacturing experience who are ready to contribute to a dynamic team. Hours First shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Pay $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment Follow safety guidelines and predictive maintenance procedures Support the achievement of site goals through effective maintenance practices Use hand tools and electrical tools to complete work Read technical manuals and blueprints as needed Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior industrial maintenance experience Basic knowledge of manufacturing maintenance Experience with hand and electrical tools Ability to read manuals and technical drawings Good communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have Skills Welding experience Industrial electrical experience Preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment Other Requirements On-site work environment Ability to lift, push, or pull as required for maintenance tasks Reliable transportation and punctuality Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Direct Deposit Weekly Pay More benefits once hired in to join a friendly team where you can make an impact.
