Apartment Maintenance Technician Pay:
$18.00/HR Location:
Durant, OK Do you enjoy fixing things, working with your hands, and keeping properties looking their best? We're seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to help maintain a busy apartment community in Durant.What You'll Do:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues
- Complete preventative maintenance and respond to resident work orders
- Repair doors, windows, walls, fixtures, and other building components
- Maintain common areas and assist with grounds upkeep
- Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks safely
- Keep accurate maintenance records and report repair needs
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in apartment, facility, or general maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
