Laborer / Machine Maintenance Location Bend, OR Job Type Full-Time Pay $20.00 per hour Schedule Monday-Friday | 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Position Overview Entry level position. Safely and efficiently operate pneumatic and hand tools to produce high quality products per drawing specifications and written instructions in the Deburr department.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Mechanical skills and experience operating pneumatic and hand tools preferred. Familiarity with manufacturing operations and environments preferred but not required. Forklift experience a plus. Basic Math skills, including but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication, division. Basic understanding in blue print reading. Knowledge in use of measuring tool is preferred but not required. Measuring tools may include but not limited to calipers, micrometers and tape measures.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Responsible for processing parts through the deburr department with the use of pneumatic and hand tools as well as deburring blades, scrapers and sanders. Ensure production rates are met. Monitors equipment for damage and malfunctions. Reports all machine malfunctions to Management. Communicates with Management, Production Control, Quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve process or quality issues. Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean, orderly, and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment. Suggest and implement improvements. Communicates all production related items to the next shift personnel or Shift Supervisor. Completes all required safety procedures prior to and during operations. May perform other duties as assigned by Management. Why Join Our Team?
