Jennings McCall Center is looking for a full-time Maintenance Assistant to join our current team in assisting our residents with daily maintenance and upkeep needs. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Previous experience as a Maintenance Tech required. Experience in long term care a plus. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform both preventative and regular maintenance on equipment and systems. Perform repairs and general upkeep on the building, including minor repairs, painting, etc. Assist with moving Life Care residents from their homes into the Jennings McCall facility. Participate in all required trainings. Keep accurate records, receipts and written information for work done, items purchased, etc. Assists within other departments such as banquet and other special projects. (i.e. set up and take down of equipment for events/special projects) Share the "on call" duty rotation We offer great benefits and culture that make this a fun place to work and grow.
