Weekend Maintenance Assistant (Part-Time) At Leisure Care managed communities, we believe every day should be extraordinary for our residents. We're looking for a dependable Weekend Maintenance Assistant to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Schedule:

Part-Time, Weekends Required What You'll Do Complete general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community. Assist with routine upkeep of resident apartments and common areas. Help maintain the appearance of the building and grounds. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and safety concerns. Support the Plant Operations team with day-to-day projects as needed. What We're Looking For Previous maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience preferred. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repairs. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Experience working with seniors is a plus. Reliable attendance and availability to work weekends are required.
