Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper with proven experience in landscaping, building maintenance, construction, and janitorial services. The ideal candidate is a reliable professional who can work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform routine landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, irrigation maintenance, and seasonal cleanup.
Required:
Verifiable professional experience in landscaping and construction (proof of experience is required). Experience in building maintenance and janitorial services. Ability to work independently without constant supervision. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Knowledge of safe operation of landscaping equipment, power tools, and construction tools. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a professional attitude. Perform construction-related work such as basic carpentry, painting, and other repair projects as needed. Complete general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks. Maintain the cleanliness of buildings, common areas, and facilities through routine janitorial duties. Operate and maintain landscaping and construction equipment safely. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and with minimal supervision. Maintain organized work areas and accurately report completed work. Qualifications Experience with irrigation systems. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repairs. OSHA or other safety certifications are a plus. $15.55 - $20.00 per hour
